Who owns the website?
With fixed price you own the site from day one. With nothing upfront you own it outright after 12 months. It is in the agreement, so you do not end up renting your website forever.
What happens if I cancel?
Fixed price: you can stop hosting or service according to the agreement, but the site is yours. Nothing upfront: cancel within the first 12 months and you pay the rest of the minimum period. After 12 months you own the site.
Why is there no cookie banner?
The analytics are cookieless by default. They set no cookies and do not track your visitors across sites, so there is no banner to click away. It looks better, and you stay compliant without the hassle.
How fast can I be online?
The standard target is 7 days from the moment we have all material. That requires you to send raw copy, images, and practical details together, and for the scope to stay inside the standard package.
What about booking, CRM, and integrations?
A normal booking button or simple embed can be included if your system supports it without custom development. Custom booking flows, CRM, payments, ecommerce, and API integrations belong in larger/custom sites.
Can I get the site in English too?
Yes, but extra languages are not included in the standard price. They are priced separately because copy, SEO, and review need to be done properly in each language.
What does it cost after the first year?
Starter fixed continues at DKK 150/month for managed hosting. Managed fixed continues at DKK 500/month for hosting and the monthly update. With nothing upfront you own the site after 12 months and can continue on the agreed operations setup or make a new service agreement.
Do I have to write the texts myself?
You provide the raw material: what you do, pricing, services, images, and facts. We make it web-ready. In Managed packages the same applies to the monthly article or update: you send the text or raw material, we SEO-optimize and publish it.
